Delivery Service

We take orders up until Noon 12:00 pm for cooking, preparation, and flash freezing the same day.  Orders after noon will be prepared either the same day or more than likely the next day.  All of our orders are delivered via two different methods depending on your location:

• Westchester County, NY locations

• All other New York state areas (including all of New York City, all of Long Island, and southern New York state)

Westchester County, NY Delivery Locations

Orders before noon will be delivered on the following business day by our own employees to any location in Westchester County.  Meals are delivered by Top Chef Meal employees Monday - Friday between the hours of 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm.   Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery.  Your order will be packed in carry out bags and delivered to your door still frozen in specially designed vans.   Each order will have a copy of your sales receipt attached to your bag. 

If for some reason you cannot accept the order on the day of delivery simply call our offices before 2:00 pm and we will hold your order for another day of your choosing.  If you do not call then plan on your order being delivered on the day promised.  Our courteous uniformed delivery personnel will attempt to ring your bell and hand you the order in person.  If you do not answer the door then the order will be left at your front door. 

All Other New York Sate Locations

For deliveries throughout the rest of the New York State (including all of New York City and all of Long Island), we deliver via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground delivery.  Meals shipped to All of New York city and most of central and eastern part of New York state (depicted to the right) are delivered NEXT Day.

Meals delivered to the Western part of New York State pictured to the left are delivered 2nd day and are shipped only Monday - Wednesday ONLY.

Meals are packed in special 2" foam insulated boxes and packed with dry ice for overnight delivery service.  Our shipping boxes each can accommodate up to 17 meals for a total shipped cost of $19.00 per box.  We ship your meals the day after your meals are prepared to ensure they are completely frozen.  Place your order by noon and your meals will ship out the next day and arrive the day after that.  Thus, if you place your order on Monday before noon, we will ship your order on Tuesday and it will arrive during the day on Wednesday via UPS.  Meals delivered by UPS are shipped Monday - Thursday ONLY. 

Please make sure you are home to accept the order since it MUST be delivered without signature to guarantee it gets to you still frozen the following day.  

What if I am not home when my meals are delivered 

If for some reason you are not home when your meals are delivered most likely your meals will still remain frozen anyway.  If for some reason one or two of your meals do "mostly" defrost then we recommend that you do not refreeze them and instead store them in the refrigerator as soon as possible.  They can be safely stored in the refrigerator after completely defrosting for up to 5 days.

If you place your still frozen meals in the refrigerator to defrost and take then out when needed, they can be stored safely for 7 days from the day of delivery.
